Acceptance required
This Privacy Policy must be accepted in order to use the system and its tools, along with its annexes such as the "Terms of Use" and the "Devyx Data Processing Agreement".
Personal Data of Users and Customers
Any personal data made available by Users/Customers themselves and shared with Devyx via forms, sign-ups or similar means is processed essentially for operational purposes.
Devyx reserves the right to use log files (such as IP, MAC, access logs, location data, etc.), tracking data, and cookies to make the full operation of the system possible, ensure correct use, guarantee authentication, monitor patterns, performance, and generate reports.
Acceptance of cookies is required to make use of the system viable.
Data processing will last for the same period as the User/Customer relationship (and the corresponding contract), and for as long as needed to ensure the security and functionality of the system.
Sub-processing of Third-Party Data
Devyx provides Users/Customers with tools to store data and files operated exclusively by them on Devyx-owned servers. Third-party data and its handling are the responsibility of the Users/Customers.
Devyx must be used solely for lawful purposes, without causing harm to third parties, following the guidelines set out in the annexes ("License Agreement" and "Terms of Use").
What we do
We provide secure tools for storing and managing data on our servers, in full compliance with the law.
What we don't do
We do not modify, disclose, sell, transfer or commercialize data used by Users/Customers, whether it belongs to third parties or not.
Devyx reserves the right to disclose information to requesting authorities through proper judicial measures, as well as to delete files that violate a judicial order, regardless of prior notice.
Content Published on Buildr
All content published and managed by Users or Customers on the Buildr site and system is automatically considered public content, regardless of access/privilege level, given that:
- It is the User/Customer's responsibility to manage the type of file inserted into the system
- The User/Customer must have authorization over every file they upload
- Content must fully comply with the law in force and is not treated as "personal data"
Rights of Data Subjects
Buildr's administration commits to the following when formally requested by email, provided the data owner's identity is confirmed:
- Rectify personal data provided and stored in the system
- Delete personal data partially or fully, upon request
- Restrict use of data in an appropriate time and manner

Your LGPD Rights (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018)
The LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) grants you, as a data subject, several rights over how your personal data is collected, used and stored. Devyx is committed to respecting and facilitating the full exercise of these rights.
Access
Confirmation that processing exists and access to the data stored about you.
Correction
Rectification of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Deletion
Deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the LGPD.
Restriction
Limitation of data processing in situations provided for by law.
Portability
Transfer of your data to another provider, when applicable.
Revocation
Withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to processing already carried out.

Know which entities Devyx shares data with.

Object to processing carried out on the legal grounds of the LGPD.

National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)
If you believe your rights have not been duly addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), the Brazilian federal agency responsible for enforcing the LGPD.
